Medical Aesthetics Training Canada is an online school that provides a standard for laser technician and aesthetician training in Canada. By completing your training, you will join a growing cohort of well-informed aestheticians and elevate the industry as we seek to elevate our patients' lives and enhance their skin.
How the Academy and Courses Work
The main course and other micro-credentials have modules. Each module takes about three to four hours to complete. We suggest note-taking so you have a reference for what you’ve learned as you move through your career and treat patients.
First, you watch the video introduction, and then study the materials, including visual and video examples of the more complex treatments and techniques. When you feel confident in the material, you take a quiz to complete the module. With an average score of at least 85, you will graduate the course and gain access to a ClaraDerma+ Academy certificate you can use as you apply for a job, build trust with patients and advance your knowledge of a burgeoning industry.

At your laptop, with pencil and notepad in hand, work through the new standard for medical aesthetics and laser technicians, feeling confident as you complete quizzes and receive your official certificate.
When you graduate from the Master Medical Aesthetician Essentials course, you receive a framed certificate. You can use this as credentials for finding your first job, or a supplementary certificate to help you stand out as you apply to jobs after graduating from your secondary school degree, or add it to your growing certificates demonstrating your commitment to the industry and staying current with the latest technology and procedure practices.
